Your workspace continues seamlessly at $14.99/month. We'll notify you well before your trial ends — no surprise charges. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel and your data stays accessible until the end of the billing period.

Can I have multiple workspaces?

Absolutely. Each workspace is completely isolated with its own database, customers, products, and billing settings. Perfect for agencies or holding companies managing multiple brands. Each workspace is billed separately at $14.99/month and gets its own 6-month free trial.

Is my data secure?

Security is foundational, not an afterthought. Every workspace runs in its own isolated database — your data never mingles with another company's. We use encrypted connections, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control with five permission levels (Owner, Admin, Manager, Agent, Viewer).

How does the Xero integration work?

Connect your Xero account with one click using secure OAuth. Once linked, RecurDesk syncs invoices, contacts, and payments bi-directionally. Create an invoice in RecurDesk and it appears in Xero. Record a payment in Xero and it updates in RecurDesk. Disconnect and reconnect at any time without losing data.

Is there a limit on users?

None. Every workspace includes unlimited users at no extra cost. Invite your entire team and control access with five role levels: Owner, Admin, Manager, Agent, and Viewer. No per-seat charges, ever.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward retention calls. Cancel with one click and your workspace remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. Your data is yours.

What billing frequencies are supported?

RecurDesk supports weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. You can also do ad-hoc one-off invoices at any time. Mix and match frequencies across different subscriptions for the same customer.
